Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

Furniture GPT is a fully digital, cloud-based AI service. No physical goods are shipped. All access, features, and outputs are delivered electronically through your web browser.

How Delivery Works

Access to your account becomes available immediately upon sign-up
Generated images are saved to your account history and available for download
A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address

Generated Images

When you generate an image using the Service, the image is produced typically within 30 to 90 seconds depending on AI provider load. The image is displayed in your browser and saved to your account history. You can download the image to your device directly from the result page.

If Access Is Not Delivered

If your subscription is not activated within 10 minutes of a successful payment, or if you cannot access your account or generations:

Refresh your browser and log out / log in again

Check your email inbox (including spam folder) for the payment receipt

Contact us at support@furnituregpt.tech with your transaction ID

We will respond within 24 hours and resolve access issues. If we cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Geographic Availability

The Service is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, subject to local laws. Some features may be restricted in countries where AI services are regulated.
